InfoTech Scandinavia develops and markets the document- and case management system Advantum. InfoTech Scandinavia is part of the Danir Group as an independent subsidiary. The success of Advantum means that we now need to strengthen our department in Malmö with another seller of our platform.

The role
You will be responsible for the sales process from ear to loaf. From the first conversation to follow-ups with existing customers. In your work, the goal is to build stable partnerships with long-term relationships by always being on your toes and offering our customers solutions linked to their needs. By getting to know your customers' businesses in depth, you gain an understanding of how their business can be challenged and developed in order to be able to offer them the best solution linked to their needs. You will also be given the opportunity to work with marketing to increase the number of opportunities for the company. Both in existing and new markets.

Our customer base is found all over Sweden but also internationally and spans many different industries. Through your network and your sense of relationships, you can contribute to the development of our company.

What we are looking for

  • You have an interest in technology and have experience in B2B sales in the IT industry.
  • You have worked with marketing and driven campaigns for increased lead generation.
  • Used to talking with decision makers at different levels in businesses.
  • You are outgoing, relationship-building and prone to change and driven by constantly trying to find the best solutions for both your company and your customers.
  • Is business-minded, responsive and likes to make contact with new people.
  • Is innovative and enjoys working independently.
  • Sees opportunities and not limitations and has great drive.

It is advantageous if you have experience in B2B sales of complex IT solutions, client/server solutions, managed solutions and digitization. Do you also have experience in regulatory industries, e.g. life science, we see this as a big plus.

Vi söker dig som vill ta fram de vassaste lösningarna till våra kunder baserat på vår mjukvara Advantum. Tjänsten som junior applikationskonsult  innebär att du arbetar med:

Vem söker vi?
Vi tror du har en utbildning inom IT, god förståelse för systemlogik, förståelse för kravhantering och en mycket god datorvana. Du har ett stort eget driv och är initiativrik, samt har god förmåga att samarbeta och kommunicera med andra. Du bör dessutom ha förmåga att lyssna och ställa rätt frågor samt vara analytisk och strukturerad i ditt sätt att arbeta. Arbetet sker i nära samarbete med både kunder och utvecklare. Meriterande om du har dokumenterad erfarenhet av dokument/ärendehantering/PDM-lösningar och har arbetat med konfigurering av system.

För att hjälpa våra kunder kommunicerar du obehindrat på engelska och svenska såväl i tal som i skrift, och trivs med att ge kunderna service. B-körkort är ett krav. Vi fäster stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet.
