An important key factor for a successful implementation of an IT-system is education and there we carry out different types of educations in Advantum with different levels of depth to ensure this. Something that is always performed is a basic education that includes standard functionality in Advantum and the functionality in the pre-configuration if one or more of those have been acquired. For users that shall be system managers we can also provide a more in-depth education regarding the functions that is affected such as manage users. If you also have the intention to configure in Advantum on your own or just want more in-depth knowledge of the system, then such education can be held.

Documentation for a system is something that is important to have but can be a time-consuming work to produce and maintain. We can help you with this as we are used to produce this type of information and have in our way of working to maintain it when changes are made. Documentation that is often produced is a configuration specification and matrix that describes how the system is configured, F1 help that describes how functions are used that the user then can use as guidance in the Advantum client.
Validated systems are something that many of our customers have which means that we are used to work with documentation around this and can for example produce and fill in an installation protocol when Advantum is installed or updated.
