Using Advantum gives you a secure and structured way of handling your information and documentation. Sometimes It is important to be able to have a flexible way to share information. Advantum hyperlinks offers this in various ways. Hyperlinks can be published in other systems or in an intranet for reference to a document in Advantum. The user who clicks on the link does not have to be an Advantum user as the link containing the document is accessible on its own.
If you need to reference a document within another document, use hyperlinks. If you need to publish something for all to see, use hyperlinks. You can link so that you always go to the latest version or to a specific version of a document. If you need the document to be in a specific status you can add this when generating the link.
Since you work in Advantum this is of course as flexible as the rest of the system and the hyperlinks are configurable and can be adjusted to the customers choice.
