Managing contracts can lead to some administration and it also requires that you keep track of the contract dates that apply. In many cases this responsibility lies on the person that is responsible on respective contract which can lead to a contract date is forgotten when the person is on vacation or quits.

It is of course possible to create or register attachments as well if such exists or if additional amendments are added. In the associated process there is a step for cases where a signature from an external party is needed which makes it possible to gather all files on one and same contract.

The system has support for reminders that is sent out before the notice period occurs where you can decide if you wish to prolong the contract, let it continue if auto prolong of the contract is set or let it expire. It is possible to notify more persons than the contract responsible for respective contract to avoid forgetting a contract date if the person in question is on vacation or have quit.
