Support is something that we provide for all our customers in different extents and is adapted to the customer needs and requirements.

A well-functioning and efficient support is an important part of a system. We put great importance to this in order to give the customer quick and clear support regardless of whether it is a question or a problem you need help with. Our support consists of experienced application specialists that have many years of experience to provide support for Advantum.

When purchasing Advantum it includes a maintenance agreement which means that you have free access to new Advantum versions. But it is of course up you when you choose to update to a later version of Advantum.

To ensure response time and availability regarding support for Advantum a support agreement is required. We can design a support agreement regarding extent, response time and availability which suits your needs and requirements. In such agreement the time that is included can be used to more than just support, it can for example be used for consultation which means you can also use the time to perform configuration changes, updates etc.
